This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish the AeroBarrier market in the DACH region from the ground up.
• Identify and engage developers, general contractors, and key specifiers.
• Generate demand through direct outreach, on-site interactions, and relationship cultivation.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
• Propel early flagship projects to build market credibility.
• Continuously develop and refine the go-to-market strategy in real-time.
• Define target segments, customer profiles, and value propositions.
• Shape the pricing strategy and commercial positioning based on market insights.
• Lead pre-sales activities through to deal execution.
• Collaborate directly with customers, contractors, and consultants to secure projects.
• Convert technical capabilities into clear commercial benefits.
• Serve as the commercial lead for partner relationships, coordinating technical, marketing, customer support, and factory resources to eliminate obstacles and expedite results.
• Collaborate closely with Europe’s technical, delivery, and leadership teams to remove hurdles and enhance market traction.
• Gather and relay structured market feedback, including customer needs, objections, and purchasing behavior.
• 4-8 years of experience in construction, building technology, HVAC, or related B2B sectors.
• Proven track record in selling to contractors, developers, and/or specifiers.
• Demonstrated success in generating revenue from scratch.
• Comfortable operating in unstructured, startup environments.
• Strong hunter mentality—not dependent on inbound leads or brand recognition.
• Capable of translating technical solutions into commercial value.
• Credible in front of both site teams and contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
• High ownership mindset—you take initiative without waiting for direction.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• German citizenship or permanent work authorization is required (visa sponsorship is not available).
