This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Driving sales of our products while actively seeking to acquire new customers.
• Managing key accounts and serving as a primary contact for clients.
• Representing MADx at various conferences.
• Organizing client meetings to discuss their specific requirements.
• Promptly resolving issues and addressing complaints.
• Identifying new potential customers and keeping informed about new features and product launches.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
• Establishing best practices and contributing innovative ideas to enhance sales and improve the customer experience.
• A degree in a scientific discipline.
• Residency in the Czech Republic with a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Experience as a Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical or diagnostics sector, preferably in allergology.
• A passion for resolving client-related issues, precision, and an innovative approach.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Fluency in Czech, Slovak, and English.
