This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Drive the development of localized markets and sales growth for photovoltaic (PV) modules in the Czech Republic, concentrating on project-based business (C&I and utility-scale projects).
• Establish new project clients including EPCs, developers, investors, and utilities, while nurturing and expanding relationships with current assigned customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts, securing signatures, coordinating delivery, and collecting payments.
• Lead customer inquiries to commercial closure and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Create and implement sales strategies that align with regional objectives, project pipelines, and market strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contractual terms in accordance with company policies and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance, compliance, and headquarters) to guarantee successful project implementation and delivery.
• Oversee customer portfolios, including the collection of sales forecasts, tracking of order pipelines, and risk management concerning delivery timelines and payment security.
• Gather and analyze market, policy, and competitor information to aid in strategic planning and market positioning.
• Provide consistent updates on pipeline status, forecasts, negotiations, and customer activities to the Country Sales Manager.
• Assist in brand promotion through participation in trade fairs, conferences, technical seminars, and customer events.
• Maintain strong communication and alignment with headquarters' functional teams to support operational and commercial goals.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in PV module sales or project development within the solar sector.
• Experience collaborating with EPCs, developers, or project stakeholders in C&I or utility-scale solar projects is highly preferred.
• Technical knowledge of solar PV systems and project structures is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Czech and English (professional working proficiency, C1 level).
