This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactive acquisition of new customers or in collaboration with our lead agency
• Management of the pipeline in HubSpot
• Support for new customers until the defined maturity level and handover to account management
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
• Market observation, trend analysis, and sharing of relevant insights
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as marketing, presales, and delivery
• Several years of experience in B2B solution sales or new customer acquisition in the IT and Microsoft environment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Enthusiasm for technical innovations and cutting-edge products, particularly in the field of AI and machine learning
• Open-minded personality with structured knowledge transfer in both German and English
• Ability to systematically capture customer needs and requirements
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently within a team of specialists
