This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, publishers, and programmatic partners.
• Create new business opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Forge strategic alliances within the Polish digital advertising landscape.
• Represent Start.io at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe and the US to align with business goals.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor actions, and new opportunities.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management within the AdTech sector.
• A solid understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic landscape.
• Experience collaborating with European clients and partners.
• Demonstrated success in securing new business and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and take ownership of a market.
• Proficient in communicating with stakeholders based in the US.
• Fluent in English.
• Located in Poland.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• An existing network within the Polish AdTech, digital media, or programmatic advertising sectors.
• Experience with agencies, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, or advertising technology platforms.
• Background in mobile advertising, audience targeting, or data-driven advertising solutions.
• Prior experience managing a territory, market, or country-level business development role.
