This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conducting telephone sales for our educational courses across various fields

• Managing a database of warm leads

• Engaging in online chat support with clients

• Utilizing a CRM system effectively

• Developing ideas to enhance negotiation quality and improve conversion rates

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in telephone sales of services (B2C)

• Proficient in Ukrainian language

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills

• English language proficiency at A2/B1 level (Sales are conducted in Ukrainian)
