This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Expanding the customer base – locating new customer opportunities, fostering long-term relationships, and successfully closing deals.
• Account management & strategic expansion – overseeing key existing clients, recognizing potential, and creating sustainable revenue streams.
• Tactical guidance & support – assisting both the team and clients with the IoT platform, smart metering, and efficiency initiatives.
• Stakeholder engagement at decision-making level – interacting with C-level executives, technical leaders, and project managers.
• Sales strategy & development – partnering with operations and product teams, examining market trends and customer insights.
• Multiple years of B2B sales experience in real estate, building or energy technology, FM services, telecommunications, or PropTech.
• Strong network and comprehensive market understanding in the aforementioned industries.
• Experience collaborating with housing companies or energy service providers.
• Excellent motivation and accountability.
• Methodical, strategic, and self-directed approach to work.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centered mindset.
• Proficient in German (C2) and good command of English (at least B2).
• Openness to travel within Germany.
