This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Join a vibrant sales team addressing exciting challenges at the crossroads of inside sales and the automotive sector.
• Establish new business connections by securing distribution partners over the phone.
• Convince them with customized product solutions to foster enduring relationships.
• Actively influence the sales process while benefiting from guidance provided by your team leader.
• Regularly report to your Team Lead; together, monitor your key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prior experience in telesales or door-to-door sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in active listening to effectively manage customer expectations.
• High self-motivation coupled with solution-oriented thinking.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
