This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage in active B2B sales of our global workforce solutions.
• Formulate sustainable strategies to meet increasing staffing demands.
• Provide comprehensive, customized solutions.
• Identify key decision-makers within the healthcare and caregiving sectors.
• Secure new corporate clients.
• Maintain and strategically enhance existing customer relationships.
• Create tailored solutions for international workforce provision.
• Manage the sales process independently from initial contact to contract execution.
• Ensure close cooperation with different departments.
• Keep structured CRM documentation and actively oversee the sales pipeline.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales.
• Passion for acquiring new clients and nurturing customer relationships.
• Background in selling complex, consultative services.
• Confident when interacting with decision-makers.
• Ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored, solution-oriented proposals.
• Capable of working independently in a structured and reliable manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proactive in managing the sales pipeline and associated activities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
