This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Responsible for the expansion and operational implementation of our sales activities in Switzerland
• Market expansion, acquisition of new customers, and revenue growth
• Central point of contact between clients, management, and internal departments
• Active sales of the COLMENA Value Suite (software solution) and COLMENA Counseling (expert consulting)
• Independent acquisition of new clients as well as support and development of existing customers
• Management of the entire sales process – from lead generation to contract signing
• Development and execution of sales strategies to achieve corporate goals
• Accountability for revenue targets within your customer segment
• Participation in trade fairs, professional events, and networking opportunities to represent the company
• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• At least 5–8 years of experience in B2B solution sales
• Proven track record of sustainable revenue growth (in B2B sales)
• In-depth knowledge of sales pipeline management and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strategic thinking with strong operational implementation skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasive presentation of the COLMENA product
• Analytical thinking and KPI-oriented work approach
• High self-motivation, self-organization, and resilience
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Fluent in German (C1 level)
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Above-average, purely commission-based compensation model – with no cap
