This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for broadening and effectively implementing our sales initiatives in Germany.
• Significant contributor to market development, new client acquisition, and revenue enhancement.
• Primary liaison among clients, management, and internal expert teams.
• Proactively sell the COLMENA Value Suite (software solution) and COLMENA Counseling (specialist consulting) to corporate clients.
• Independently identify and acquire new customers while managing and nurturing existing accounts.
• Oversee the complete sales process – from lead generation to contract finalization – collaborating with product and sales specialists.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Accountable for achieving revenue targets for your client segment.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and networking gatherings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in B2B solution sales.
• Proven history of consistent revenue growth in B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strategic thinker with robust operational execution capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of effectively presenting the COLMENA product.
• Analytical mindset with a KPI-driven approach to work.
• Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and resilient.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
• Proficiency in Business-level German (C1).
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Above-average, commission-only compensation structure – with no cap.
