Sales Manager, B2B – Business Development, Serviced Apartments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for nationwide business development across the corporate, long-stay, and group segments.

• Foster strong and resilient relationships with customers.

• Proactively drive B2B business with ownership and a mindset focused on growth.

• Engage in cold outreach and prospecting with both structure and creativity.

• Identify key decision-makers and approach them directly.

• Lead negotiations with clarity and confidence.

• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Marketing teams.

• Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.

• Propel sales automation and develop scalable processes.

• Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM.

• Genuine passion for sales and the ambition to exceed targets.

• Proficient in outreach and cold calling techniques.

• Ideally possess an existing network within the corporate/business sector.

• Personal, hands-on approach to customer engagement.

• Self-motivated, organized, and highly driven individual.

• Strong negotiation capabilities.

• Sales experience, preferably within hospitality, serviced apartments, tourism, or B2B environments.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to identify opportunities.

• Familiarity with digital tools.

• Fluent in both German and English.
