This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of potential B2B customers through telephone and digital channels (primarily warm leads)
• Facilitating initial meetings with our esteemed clients and guiding them towards successful project engagement
• Conducting telephone outreach to existing contacts and current clients
• Preparing proposals and ensuring timely follow-up
• Building and nurturing business relationships on LinkedIn
• Organizing and preparing for sales meetings, including necessary follow-up actions
• Recording all activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar tools)
• Ideally possesses commercial vocational training or a degree in business or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the services, insurance, or agency sectors
• Proficient in using popular CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
• Driven by targets with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Professional demeanor, outstanding communication abilities, and an organized approach to work
