This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and market AutoStore solutions throughout the DACH region
• Identify opportunities and cultivate relationships
• Manage intricate sales projects from initiation to closure
• Create and execute innovative sales initiatives
• Tailor solutions that provide value to clients
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships
• Proven success in sales within the intralogistics sector
• Ability to oversee the entire sales process and lead complex projects
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German, along with fluent English; knowledge of additional languages from the Baltics or Eastern Europe is advantageous
• Educational background in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant experience
• Practical experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as necessary
