This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Expansion and strategic development of our customers in the automotive sector (OEMs and suppliers) with planning, implementation, and monitoring of sales targets.
• Identification of new projects and business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Application-oriented consulting for customers and new prospects regarding our adhesive and sealant solutions – combining technical expertise and strong sales skills.
• Full responsibility for the entire sales process: from the development phase to series production start (SOP).
• Leading negotiations, crafting offers, and concluding framework agreements.
• Close collaboration with application technology, product management, and marketing.
• Monitoring market, technology, and competitive trends to derive new sales opportunities.
• Regular customer visits, participation in project meetings, and attendance at industry events/trade fairs as a visitor/exhibitor.
• Sales professional with several years of relevant experience in the B2B automotive environment (OEMs and Tier 1).
• Completed degree or comparable training in a technical or commercial field.
• Technical affinity to understand complex production processes.
• Knowledge in the field of adhesives, sealants, chemistry, or related technical products is a plus.
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and enjoyment in networking.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel and very good German and negotiation-level English skills.
