This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Sales strategy & new business: You will create and execute focused acquisition plans and sales strategies to fulfill our growth targets through the active pursuit of new clients.
• Market expansion: You will oversee the strategic growth and sustainable establishment of our presence in the German-speaking regions of Switzerland and Austria to secure additional market share.
• Growth-driven sales: You will proactively uncover new customer potentials along with cross- and upselling opportunities to strategically broaden our portfolio and consistently boost revenue.
• Needs analysis & consulting: You will assess the intricate requirements of our customer base across segments (from SMB to Key Account), present customized software solutions, and negotiate deals through to successful closure.
• Internal collaboration: You will collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and Customer Success and Care teams to ensure optimal lead generation and long-term satisfaction of our Key Accounts.
• Performance analysis: You will continuously track and analyze all sales activities and market opportunities, preparing regular forecasts to manage and guide your results.
• Experience & track record: A minimum of 8 years of proven success in Key Account Management within the SaaS or software industry, ideally with substantial market knowledge of the fitness sector in Austria and Switzerland.
• Languages: Proficient in German (C1) and possessing very good English skills (B2), both written and spoken.
• Competencies: Exceptional closing abilities and negotiation skills, alongside a confident presence when engaging with management-level decision-makers.
• Market understanding: Profound knowledge of complex sales cycles and the capability to (re)establish and effectively nurture long-term strategic business relationships.
• Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of SaaS technologies and the capability to convincingly present technical concepts at the management level.
