This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Conducting regular product training sessions with our partners
• Planning and attending trade shows, industry events, and in-house exhibitions
• Analyzing your regional market and actively identifying opportunities
• Taking responsibility for sales and budget within your area
• Close collaboration with your field sales team, inside sales, project management, and marketing
• Hands-on mentality and a proactive approach
• High level of initiative and self-organization
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and an open mindset
• Enjoyment in being present with customers
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Preferred: Experience in field sales or the electrical industry
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
