This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leveraging your persuasive skills, you autonomously attract (dental) doctors and practice managers as new partners, inspiring them with our solutions.
• You cultivate strong, enduring relationships with current clients through solution-focused consulting, ensuring long-term success.
• You develop customized proposals, engage in contract negotiations, and offer targeted advice to customers.
• You plan and execute sales initiatives such as telesales and cold calling, while also representing our brand at trade shows and events.
• You passionately meet your sales objectives and take full financial accountability for your designated region.
• You have completed commercial vocational training, possess several years of professional experience, or hold a relevant degree.
• You demonstrate strong negotiation and sales capabilities, ideally supported by a medical background.
• You work in a well-organized, independent manner and take initiative in your responsibilities.
• With your friendly demeanor, team spirit, and communication abilities, you encourage positive collaboration.
• You are open to frequent travel, hold a Class B driver's license, and possess a strong command of the German language, both spoken and written.
