This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Overseeing the complete sales process for high-potential and strategic restaurant and retail partners, from initial prospecting to final closing.
• Discovering new business opportunities, market trends, and categories that can boost Wolt’s growth trajectory.
• Managing and enhancing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
• Negotiating partnership agreements with key stakeholders to secure long-term, profitable collaborations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Mx Services, Account Management, and Marketing) to guarantee seamless onboarding and sustained partner success.
• Leveraging data insights to refine acquisition strategies and consistently enhance sales effectiveness.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and managing strategic partnerships.
• A strategic thinker capable of translating insights into actionable business plans and executing them with excellence.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A passion for exceptional food and a thorough understanding of the local restaurant and retail environment.
• Proficient in both Polish and English.
