This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and secure new IT services and staffing clients across the Indian market.
• Market and promote resource augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based IT services.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Delivery Managers.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the smooth deployment of resources.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Expand existing accounts by placing additional consultants and resources.
• Act as the company's representative during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Minimum Experience: 6 years.
• Proficiency in IT staffing, project-based delivery, and resource augmentation.
• Skills in Data Engineering, Sales, and Pre-sales.
• Preferred skills: Databricks, new business acquisition, and a hunter mindset.
