This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Meets designated sales call targets, room night production, and/or booking pace objectives
• Aids in formulating strategies to enhance RevPAR growth
• Comprehends market trends and their effect on RevPAR Index growth
• High School Diploma/GED or its equivalent
• Over 2 years of relevant hotel and management experience
• A demonstrated history of achieving budgets, along with knowledge of P&L statements, budgets, and cost/inventory management
• Field management experience is preferred, and a background in sales is advantageous
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and PC (Windows-based software) skills are essential
• A proven history of service excellence and financial achievement.
