This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and assistance to qualified prospects throughout their decision-making and enrollment process.

• Evaluate the current professional landscape, set goals, and identify development opportunities.

• Suggest appropriate training programs and offer realistic career outlooks.

• Engage in trustworthy, straightforward, and solution-focused discussions.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure optimal course assignments.

• Keep organized records of conversations, follow-ups, and pending cases.

• Operate in accordance with established processes and call scripts.

• Participate in cross-team discussions regarding conversation strategies, best practices, and feedback to enhance services and processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree coupled with initial sales experience, preferably gained from working-student or junior positions.

• A passion for engaging with people and fostering trust.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.

• A structured approach to work and strong organizational capabilities.

• A desire to learn and a proactive attitude towards exploring new subjects.

• Proficient in German (both spoken and written) and possess good English skills.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote work setting.

• Ideally, some exposure to continuing education, coaching, or career counseling, along with an understanding of consultative or complex services.
