This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with end users, consultants/planners, system integrators, and strategic partners throughout India.
• Identify and map key stakeholders and decision-makers within targeted organizations, establishing a network that fosters sustainable pipelines.
• Implement new business sales strategies in alignment with regional revenue objectives.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to pinpoint priority accounts, partnership opportunities, and market entry routes.
• Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline; ensure accurate CRM practices and provide clear reporting on progress and potential risks.
• Acquire comprehensive product knowledge across the Uniguest portfolio; confidently present value propositions and conduct initial demonstrations (with pre-sales support for extensive technical requirements).
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations; collaborate with internal teams (sales leadership, marketing, product, and technical divisions) to deliver proposals and finalize deals.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a demonstrated history of securing new business.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities at all levels, both in verbal and written formats.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Strong skills in pipeline management and forecasting; comfortable using CRM systems.
• Commercially driven and goal-oriented.
• Organized and meticulous approach to sales.
