This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Facilitate and conduct daily coaching sessions, role-plays, instant feedback, and hands-on support to enhance the team's closing skills and service knowledge.
• Track real-time performance metrics to ensure all individual and team sales meet or exceed set KPIs.
• Guarantee a response time to all leads of under 60 seconds.
• Analyze recurrent interactions with leads to provide immediate, actionable feedback.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in CRM records and review lead statuses, pipeline stages, and notes.
• Implement strict follow-up procedures to ensure that no lead is neglected.
• Identify areas for enhancement in the sales script, lead hand-off process, and overall strategy.
• Participate in the hiring process, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to enhance lead quality.
• Over 3 years of sales closing experience, including a proven history of leading or coaching teams to achieve ambitious targets.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to convert long-term revenue objectives into daily tactical successes and utilize data to pinpoint bottlenecks or collaborate with Marketing for enhancements.
• Experience in high-ticket transactional sales.
• Coaching DNA: A passion for ongoing talent development—transforming every "no" into a learning experience.
• Operational Excellence: Strong grasp of pipeline management and CRM maintenance (experience with HubSpot is preferred).
