This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will oversee a team of sales advisors dedicated to guiding and assisting our potential learners.
• Assemble and lead a team of up to 12 remote enrollment advisors.
• Establish and track both individual and team sales goals.
• Provide daily coaching to enhance your team's performance and development.
• Cultivate your team's abilities and promote their growth.
• Evaluate performance metrics (conversion rates, retention, customer satisfaction, etc.).
• Execute action plans to boost productivity and meet objectives.
• Ensure diligent follow-up on leads and the sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools.
• Identify strategies to enhance commercial performance.
• Modify and improve remote work processes to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
• Maintain seamless communication with leadership and cross-functional teams (marketing, learner relations, IT, etc.).
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial management with remote teams.
• Inspiring leader: known for your ability to motivate, coach, and unify your teams.
• Results-driven: experienced in managing teams to meet targets and enhance performance.
• Agile and adaptable: comfortable with remote management, capable of establishing an effective work dynamic and managing unexpected situations.
• Resilient under pressure and decisive: able to handle stress and address commercial challenges swiftly.
