This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Creating and implementing customer-focused strategies to enhance business growth and market presence in Türkiye.
• Discovering and securing new business prospects within the steel sector.
• Cultivating key client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact.
• Leading the entire sales process, which includes negotiations, proposals, and contract management.
• Partnering with Technical Marketing and R&D to introduce and deploy new products.
• A degree in Ceramics, Metallurgy, or a related field, or several years of comparable professional experience in steel manufacturing and refractory products.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• An open and communicative personality with a methodical, independent working approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B) – a company car is provided.
• Fluent or proficient in both English and Turkish.
