This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development and execution of sales strategies.
• Acquisition and management of both national and international clients (MICE, individual, leisure).
• Maintenance of current client relationships alongside proactive network expansion.
• Conducting market and competitor analyses to uncover new business opportunities.
• Organization and participation in sales trips, trade shows, and events.
• Close collaboration with the Marketing and operations teams.
• Preparation of reports, forecasts, and proposal presentations.
• Ideally, several years of sales experience in luxury hospitality; a completed hotel training is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and an empathetic approach.
• Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and determination.
• Flexibility and readiness to travel.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
