This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively acquire new clients in the fields of organizational development, interim management, and cultural transformation.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients at the executive and decision-maker levels.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Assess market trends and customer requirements to deliver customized solutions.
• Work alongside executive management during pitch and proposal development.
• Engage in networking events, trade shows, and online presentations.
• Assist in the implementation of our CRM and sales system.
• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or sales.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the consulting, HR, or services industries.
• Excellent communication skills, along with empathy and enthusiasm for interacting with people.
• Organized, independent, and entrepreneurial approach to work.
• A keen interest in leadership, culture, and organizational development topics.
• Proficient in using digital tools (CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
