This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactive outreach and acquisition of hospitals, hospital networks, and medical care centers (MVZs).
• Maintaining and following up on contacts, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system (HubSpot).
• Assisting in the preparation for and participation in trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Collaborating in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and pipeline development.
• Understanding clinical workflows to identify challenges faced by prospective customers.
• A completed degree or vocational training in a commercial field or within a medical context.
• Experience in sales or inside sales in a B2B environment; previous experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A confident, customer-oriented, and professional demeanor in phone calls, video calls, and emails.
• A structured, independent, and solution-focused approach.
• Proficient use of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and a willingness to embrace new tools and digital methodologies.
• A strong drive for customer acquisition, especially through cold calling.
