This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales objectives and enhance market presence in the designated territory;
• Identify and onboard new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) and offer comprehensive training on our system;
• Cultivate a robust, enduring relationship with new partners;
• Prepare, execute, and oversee commercial agreements with partners, including managing necessary documentation and technical setups;
• Manage accounts until the initial purchase is completed;
• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements by partners, including monitoring payment processes;
• Allocate approximately % of your working hours to travel, which may involve client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities;
• Conduct market and competitive analysis;
• Provide regular, detailed reporting through CRM and internal systems;
• Initiate API agreements with both potential and existing partners.
• Who You Are:
• **Relevant Experience**. 2-5 years of proven experience in the complete sales cycle within the travel sector, particularly in business development and account management for B2B companies;
• **Market Knowledge**. Comprehensive understanding of the local travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs);
• **Language Proficiency**. Fluent in English and Serbian;
• **Travel Requirements.** Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time;
• **Analytical Skills**. Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics-oriented, and proficient with numerical analysis;
• **Personal Attributes**. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, enthusiastic about innovative technologies, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment, with a team-oriented attitude;
• **International Mindset**. Capable of understanding and engaging with diverse cultural contexts that reflect ETG’s global presence;
• Experience with **API** technology deals is an advantage.
