This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of over 300 qualified institutional and business leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations and engage in sales discussions with prospective partners and clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to transition deals from initial discussions to onboarding.
• Transform early pipeline opportunities into active accounts or partnerships.
• Maintain a consistently high-quality pipeline of institutional and enterprise leads.
• Finalize multiple deals across Quidax’s B2B product offerings.
• Create repeatable strategies for prospecting, qualifying, and converting clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers in fintechs, trading firms, corporations, and high-volume merchants.
• Establish yourself as a trusted revenue generator within the team by consistently closing and expanding deals.
• Develop a network of high-value clients and partners across Africa and essential global markets.
• Provide insights that enhance sales processes, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist in identifying new growth opportunities within Quidax’s institutional and business offerings.
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Proven experience in selling financial products, fintech infrastructure, trading solutions, APIs, or payment systems.
• Strong capability to build pipelines, engage in commercial discussions, and close deals effectively.
• Comfortable communicating with senior decision-makers, including founders, treasury leads, and finance teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to foster long-term client connections.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for identifying new opportunities and acting swiftly.
• A proactive self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments and does not wait for guidance.
• Bonus: Experience in crypto, fintech, foreign exchange, payments, or financial markets; familiarity with institutional trading, liquidity solutions, or API-based products.
