This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a Sales Manager in our Corporate Planning sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, enhancing existing business relationships, and effectively showcasing our complete portfolio.
• Customer acquisition: You will identify market opportunities, establish trustworthy customer relationships, and oversee the entire sales process until successful contract finalization.
• Solution presentation: During customer meetings and events, you will present our offerings in a focused manner, effectively persuading decision-makers with a strong business perspective.
• Management: By employing structured pipeline and proposal management, you will qualify prospects, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate closely with Presales and Consulting teams.
• Collaboration: Engaging with CFOs, controllers, and other finance stakeholders, you will analyze their requirements and craft customized solutions to address their challenges.
• Education: A completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar qualification.
• Work experience: A demonstrated track record of success in B2B software sales, particularly in new customer acquisition and business growth.
• Expertise: Familiarity with Corporate Performance Management or finance sectors, along with proficient use of CRM systems like MS Dynamics CRM or Gedys.
• Personality: A results-driven, proactive, and organized approach, complemented by strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Language skills: Proficient in German and possess good English skills for effective communication in an international setting.
