This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Mentor and train the sales team throughout the stages of prospecting and arranging qualified meetings.
• Create scalable processes to ensure consistent success.
• Meet sales objectives and improve team performance.
• Offer coaching and training to Sales Development Representatives and Lead Development Representatives.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and optimize sales efficiency.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track sales activities.
• Work collaboratively across departments to share insights and enhance strategies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in cold emailing, social selling, and cold-calling.
• Basic understanding of domain setup.
• Resourceful mindset with the ability to develop solutions for new challenges.
• Agile and quick, capable of creating ad-hoc training materials and resources.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Solid business acumen.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and working under time constraints.
