This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop strategies for acquiring new customers, either independently or as part of a team.

• Conducting competitor analyses and monitoring the market, you will offer recommendations to product management aimed at enhancing the company’s product portfolio.

• You will coordinate and schedule workshops for both customers and prospects, preparing tailored proposals and concepts to meet their needs.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for our customers and prospects, you will provide guidance on all digitalization aspects related to ORGA-SOFT® products.

• Collaborating with our consultants, you will assess the needs of prospects and conduct product presentations, both online and on-site.

• Following the presentations, you will create solution concepts for implementing INTEGRA® and support prospects throughout the entire acquisition process until contract signing.

• In after-sales, you will nurture relationships with existing customers, keeping them informed about product improvements and new features.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable vocational qualification.

• A strong enthusiasm for new technologies and a passion for developing digital concepts for SMEs in the D/A/CH region.

• Ideally, you have more than 2 years of professional experience in selling complex IT solutions.

• You demonstrate commitment, motivation, responsibility, and are a true team player.

• You excel in persuasive presentations at various decision-making levels and in front of audiences during events or talks.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential.

• You prioritize customer needs in your actions and adapt your working methods accordingly.
