This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

• Enhance relationships with current clients

• Generate new business opportunities in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)

• Provide insights and feedback to product management

• Manage and develop local sales partnerships

• Assist with local marketing initiatives, including participation in various trade shows

• A technical background is essential (MSc or equivalent)

• A minimum of 3-7 years in technical sales, ideally within the optics sector

• Proven experience in the DACH region is required

• Familiarity with markets in medical, microscopy, semiconductor, laser processing, or vision applications

• Proficient in identifying new customers and developing lasting relationships

• Capable of understanding customer technical needs and providing appropriate solutions

• A strong enthusiasm for sales and marketing, with a friendly demeanor, well-organized, independent, and a team player

• Fluent in English and German, with additional European languages being a plus

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Familiarity with SAP and Hubspot is advantageous
