This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

• Enhance relationships with current key accounts

• Generate new business opportunities in the US, Canada, and Mexico

• Provide insights and feedback to product management

• Oversee and cultivate local sales partnerships

• Assist in local marketing initiatives, including participation in various trade shows

• A technical background is essential (MSc or equivalent)

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales, ideally within the optics sector

• Familiarity with markets such as defense, medical, microscopy, semiconductor, and vision applications is preferred

• Proven ability to identify new clients and establish and maintain relationships

• Capability to comprehend customers' technical needs and propose suitable solutions

• Enthusiasm for sales and marketing, possessing a friendly demeanor, well-organized, self-motivated, and a team player

• Proficient in English, with Spanish being an advantage

• Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications

• Experience with SAP and SAP CRM is a plus
