This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the sales of Novus products in Colombia in alignment with Novus International's strategy.

• Collaborate with technical services to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability, concentrating on Swine and Poultry accounts.

• Operate independently under the guidance of a manager, requiring minimal supervision.

• Direct the sales of Novus products and drive business development in Colombia, adhering to Novus International's strategic objectives.

• Responsible for the creation and implementation of a sales plan for the designated territory, contributing to budgeting and business planning efforts.

• Coordinate with technical service, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to support the designated territory.

• Ensure proper management of Novus resources while closely adhering to the annual budget and exploring identified cost efficiencies.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their challenges and decision-making factors.

• Assist in forecasting sales volumes for all products/channels within the assigned territory.

• Manage the CRM platform to track customer engagement and team progress toward territory objectives.

• Engage in events such as trade shows, conferences, symposiums, customer trips, customer meetings, and internal meetings.

• Comply with the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS), and all policies and procedures related to the role.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an advanced degree (MS/MBA) or a Bachelor's degree coupled with 5+ years of sales experience.

• In-depth understanding of the animal protein and food industries relevant to the assigned area.

• Extensive knowledge of animal nutrition and health sectors pertinent to the assigned area.

• Proven track record of results-oriented project management skills across multiple functions.

• Demonstrated capability to develop sales plans and accurate forecasts for the designated species or geographical region.

• Strong ability to establish, develop, and manage customer relationships for optimal outcomes.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
