This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Identify and target new strategic accounts to create commercial opportunities.
• Assess the needs of prospects, comprehend their technical and organizational challenges, and craft customized commercial proposals (ranging from skills engineering to fixed-price projects).
• Represent Novity in professional networks, technology ecosystems, and industry events to showcase the company's expertise and generate leads.
• Identify key consultant profiles, both internally and externally, to fulfill client requirements, and guide the closing phase.
• Manage and retain existing accounts to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
• You possess a minimum of one successful experience (over 4 years) in selling B2B services, preferably within an IT services firm (ESN), consulting company, startup, or software vendor.
• You are inherently a 'hunter,' driven by the thrill of prospecting and surpassing targets.
• You excel in consultative selling techniques.
• Tech-savvy: you grasp the challenges faced by technical departments (including microservices, technical debt, and modern architectures) and continuously update your knowledge through proactive technology monitoring.
• You seamlessly incorporate generative AI tools into your daily tasks to enhance productivity and the quality of your outputs.
• Demonstrated autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
