This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Transform warm leads into loyal customers by advising interested prospects who already have a connection with November.
• Offer personalized guidance to assist individuals in making informed choices and selecting the most suitable plan or product for their requirements.
• Assess needs and develop customized offers by actively listening, uncovering desires, and confidently steering prospects towards a successful close.
• Celebrate your sales achievements by tracking your deals to completion and securing your bonuses.
• Several years of experience in telephone sales, preferably with consultative or advice-driven products or services.
• Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing sales effectively.
• Enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach that can inspire and engage others.
• Determination and resilience; you find motivation in rejections rather than discouragement.
• Highly organized and self-sufficient; you work reliably, including in a remote setting.
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written (C1 level or better).
