This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively acquire and manage small to medium-sized business clients with financing requirements.
• Assume sales responsibilities within your designated region.
• Foster long-term client relationships, emphasizing trust, discretion, and continuity.
• Offer customized factoring solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs and benefits.
• Maintain close collaboration with internal departments and engage in ongoing market analysis.
• Create and implement your own sales strategies and establish market positioning.
• Some prior experience in the sales of financial or advisory services.
• A strong interest in financing topics, particularly in factoring.
• Completed commercial vocational training (preferably in banking) or a degree in business administration.
• Highly driven to develop your own network in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), ideally bolstered by existing regional connections.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor when engaging with decision-makers.
