This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Contribute to and implement our strategic sales plan aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing Metrikflow’s footprint in key markets.
• Take ownership of and enhance the lead generation process, collaborating closely with the Marketing team to improve both inbound and outbound sales tactics.
• Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market prospects and pivotal accounts to pursue.
• Establish and refine best practices for outreach, lead qualification, and conversion, utilizing a multi-channel approach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.).
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to enhance messaging, boost campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups using the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating and finalizing high-value contracts.
• Keep an eye on industry trends and the competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies and uphold Metrikflow’s competitive edge.
• Continuously refine the sales process by leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Demonstrated history of achieving exceptional results.
• Quick to learn and enthusiastic about diving into new topics and rapidly iterating on traction strategies.
• Previous experience and proven success as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in a similar Business Development role.
• Familiarity with a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with lead generation and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach.io).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to engage C-level prospects effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Italian (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in English for workplace communication.
