This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Assume overall responsibility for sales operations in Austria
• Formulate and execute the sales strategy
• Lead and mentor the sales team
• Accountable for revenue generation, growth, and profitability
• Create and implement a scalable sales approach
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key strategic clients
• Tasked with meeting sales objectives, activity metrics, forecasting, KPIs, and performance management
• Several years of experience in leadership roles within healthcare or clinic sales in Austria
• Demonstrable success in market development and managing revenue
• Familiarity with hospitals, purchasing consortia, and intricate decision-making processes
• Proficient in building, developing, and scaling teams
• Strong strategic capabilities coupled with effective execution skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results
• Confident presence when engaging with decision-makers
• Experience with KPIs, forecasting, and CRM systems
• Proficient in both German and English
• Willingness to travel throughout Austria
