This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Perform market analysis to uncover growth opportunities within the US market.
• Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to effectively enter the US market.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create and execute scalable sales processes aimed at enhancing revenue growth.
• Develop, monitor, and assess sales KPIs to improve overall performance.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding and effective account management.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize lead generation efforts.
• Lead outreach campaigns to attract new clients and broaden the customer base.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote services.
• Work collaboratively with delivery teams to meet client requirements.
• Provide consistent feedback and insights to refine service offerings in alignment with market demand.
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development, especially in IT outsourcing and outstaffing services.
• Comprehensive understanding of the US market and its business culture.
• Strong capability to design and implement internal sales processes.
• Proficiency in lead generation, client acquisition, and management of sales pipelines.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and focused on results.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
