This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Managing the proposal process — from initial discovery calls to drafting and presenting proposals to potential clients.

• Cultivating relationships with both prospective and existing clients, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Keeping precise records and managing the sales pipeline within the CRM system (preferably HubSpot).

• Monitoring key performance indicators and offering insights to enhance conversion rates and engagement strategies.

• Working in collaboration with marketing and delivery teams to ensure sales efforts align with company objectives.

• Overseeing and optimizing company profiles on platforms such as Clutch and DesignRush to boost visibility and attract qualified leads.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the IT sector.

• Familiarity with sales and business development processes, from lead generation through to deal closure.

• Experience in drafting and managing proposals (RFPs, estimates, presentations).

• Practical experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).

• Proven track record in managing and optimizing company profiles on marketplaces (Clutch, DesignRush, etc.).

• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills).

• Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on results and ongoing improvement.

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to forge long-term relationships with clients and partners.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience in the fintech sector (preferred).

• Familiarity with AI tools and process automation (e.g., integrating AI into sales workflows) (preferred).
