This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Actively seek new customers while managing existing accounts, ensuring a continuous evaluation of their needs and identifying potential for both new and current clients.
• Establish growth objectives and devise business strategies along with growth plans.
• Engage in active selling and showcasing our range of services.
• Create customized proposals, including the assessment of testing efforts, in collaboration with colleagues from the specialist department.
• Conduct follow-ups on proposals that involve contract and pricing negotiations.
• Participate in and attend national and international trade fairs.
• Work together with the marketing team to create and execute the overall marketing mix.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in technical sales, preferably within the services or industrial sector.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong customer service orientation, analytical skills, and a high focus on achieving goals and results.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
