This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and nurture sustainable relationships with customers.
• Identify potential projects and actively promote our products and services.
• Gather and analyze feedback through site visits, project reviews, and surveys.
• Advocate for the interests of our company’s partners to ensure project success.
• Conduct development of benchmarks, competitive analysis, and market research.
• Create and maintain comprehensive account profiles, including organizational charts, for presentation to management.
• Facilitate communication regarding strategic and tactical challenges faced by our clients and partners.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting target markets.
• Formulate market strategies and objectives for each product and service while understanding the goals of accounts.
• Lead the coordination of account strategy and tactics for the sales support team.
• Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the entire sales cycle and customer lifecycle.
• Attend domestic and, if necessary, international events to generate new prospects.
• Experience in selling NaaS, Cloud Connectivity, IP Access/Transit, Infrastructure Security, SaaS solutions, or similar services to global enterprise sectors.
• Proven history of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
• A self-motivated individual with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to engage in strategic thinking, conduct in-depth discovery, and collaborate effectively with enterprise decision-makers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to establish credibility and acquire new customers.
• Strong understanding and interest in cutting-edge technologies, along with a desire for ongoing learning and professional growth.
• Analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
• Knowledge of Global Peering, BGP/Routing, IP Transit/Access, and Infrastructure Security is a significant advantage.
