This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Leads and manages the strategic direction, planning, and implementation of sales initiatives.
• Develops a clear vision for the Sales team and identifies opportunities for deeper market penetration.
• Inspires and mobilizes the entire organization, driving contributions from teams beyond Sales.
• Earns respect throughout the company and among customers.
• Cultivates a culture of accountability by establishing goals, ensuring execution, and tracking performance metrics.
• Promotes consistent communication and positive working relationships between the Sales team and other global teams within the Company.
• Creates business plans for key strategic accounts.
• Collaborates with Field Application Engineers (FAE) to enhance technical and business credibility with customer management.
• Over 8 years of experience in the Semiconductors (Logic Devices) industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor sales process.
• FPGA experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of semiconductor technologies.
• Experience working in foreign-owned organizations or having international assignments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong command of the English language.
