This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Implementation of a sales strategy that generates repeatable and scalable revenue (license sales, rental models, renewals, cross-selling/upselling)
• Execution of the complete go-to-market strategy: from lead generation to deal closing and renewals
• Marketing as a growth lever: refining target groups and personas, developing campaigns and content that deliver high-quality leads
• Close collaboration with platform, module, and project teams to ensure customer requirements are realistic and value is clearly communicated
• Involvement in partner management: maintaining joint customer lists, collaboratively approaching strategic accounts, and sharing expertise
• Revenue planning, regular forecasting, and accountability for incoming orders
• Representing HiScout externally: at conferences, with key accounts, partners, and in public – acting as the face of HiScout in the market
• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in compliance, data protection, or IT security markets
• Proven track record in license/rental sales, renewals, and cross-selling/upselling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – both internally and externally
• Confident presence as the face of the company with clients, partners, and at events
• Experience with common CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Confluence)
• Native-level German and fluent English
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
