This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Guide and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve and surpass their quotas
• Actively engage in outbound strategy and sales execution
• Utilize Gong for coaching and ongoing enhancement of team performance
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on positioning and outreach initiatives
• Oversee pipeline management and forecasting in both Salesforce and HubSpot
• Finalize enterprise deals while assisting representatives in complex negotiations
• Contribute to team growth through hiring, onboarding, and performance development
• Minimum of 6 years in enterprise SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven experience in closing deals exceeding $100K within multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Proficient in utilizing modern sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io)
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of surpassing team quotas
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments
• Must be available to work during Eastern Time hours
• Offers Commission
