This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives that effectively meet business goals.
• Manage the complete business development and sales process from initial presentation to contract closure.
• Anticipate sales volume and profitability for both existing and new product lines.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with key clients, including the negotiation and finalization of significant contracts.
• Offer strategic guidance and insights for effectively navigating the market landscape.
• Create a comprehensive regional market strategy that outlines the total addressable market and penetration for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams and owners to provide market insights and feedback.
• Build and maintain a measurable and qualified sales pipeline, consistently meeting or surpassing Booking targets in the assigned region.
• Regularly engage with clients to showcase Harrison.ai's capabilities, gather feedback, and assess progress towards objectives.
• Partner closely with the leadership team in the assigned region to formulate plans and monthly metrics for sales performance.
• Assist the Regional Director in developing a documented marketing and sales strategy for the region.
• Maintain precise opportunity data in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including details on products, pricing, status, and timelines. Create, update, review, and advance opportunities to ensure accuracy in sales forecasts against quarterly objectives.
• Provide activity reports or participate in regional sales calls with the Regional Director to discuss regional sales efforts.
• Create sales proposals and customer quotes following the established Harrison.ai protocols.
• Collaborate with local teams to craft trade show messaging and ensure suitable attendance and feedback from industry and customers.
• 5-10 years of experience in selling to public sectors, healthcare networks, and radiology services.
• Background in radiology, PACS systems, imaging analytics, and relevant clinical expertise.
• Familiarity with procurement channels.
• Proven experience in managing the entire business development and sales cycle, from initial presentations to closing deals.
• Professional demeanor in customer interactions, including active listening, posing insightful questions, building consensus, and advancing opportunities.
• Ethical conduct and experience within a structured/regulated sales organization.
• Fluent in English, French, and Italian at a business level, capable of confident communication in professional, commercial, and stakeholder-facing settings.
• Highly developed skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
• This position entails frequent travel within the region (up to 50%). Candidates must be flexible with travel, including rapid deployment to client locations and short-notice travel requirements.
